Scouting for Food

Scouting for Food is our annual food collection drive

Many families in the Inland Empire lack adequate access to

food. Scouts can help make an impact by participating in

collecting canned foods and non-perishables items and

turning them into there local food pantries for families in need.

Is it Hot or is it Cedar Badge

Not even 102 degrees in Riverside on Saturday could cool  the high spirits displayed at Cedar Badge - Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops. Twelve Scouts participated in the Original (COVID modified!) Cedar Badge that ran all day at the private park owned by the LDS Church on Blaine Street. With an emphasis on games and skills to make the learning sessions come alive, the Scouts had a good time despite the soaring temps. The staff was comprised of Scouters and youths from Mount Rubidoux District.
